On a mission to reduce Ultra Culture's waste we have been developing ways to utilise the by-products from our ferments. This absolutely stunning jar of chilli crisp is produced from, among other things, the strained and dehydrated pulp from our universally famous fermented Cucumber Miso hot sauce.
Chewy, salty, sweet, umami, funky, spicy-ish and unbelievably more-ish.
Numbers are extremely limited as we can only make it when we have the mash available. Snooze and loose.

Canola oil infused with spices, cucumber miso pulp (cucumber, chillies, onion, miso, garlic, ginger, shitake mushrooms, salt), shallots, garlic, brown sugar, sesame seeds, gluten free soy sauce, DRIED SHRIMP.
